We are Northside Pressure Washing a local family owned & operated business. We guarantee all of our work and are committed to serving our clients. With our holiday light installations we allow you to pick the warmness of the lights and the style. We will then acquire all the materials needed for the job come to your house and install them. After installing and getting them all set up we'll show you how to work with our timers that suit your schedule. At the end of the season we will come and professionally remove the lights and store them for you until next year. Also, after the first year there is a 25% discount every year moving forward. Holiday Light Installation FAQs
When do you install & remove the lights?
We start to install lights around October but you can choose to turn them on whenever you would like and we remove the lights in January after the New Year.
Is there a contract?
We do not require our customers to sign a contract. We are confident that you will love the lights as much as we do and return the next year.
Do you require a deposit?
We do ask that you put 50% deposit down to secure the cost of the lights and a spot in our schedule.
Do you install lights that we already own?
We do not install anything but our own lights due to liability and to ensure the quality of our work. We guarantee our work including if even 1 bulb goes out we will come out and replace!
How do you install the lights?
We do not use nails or staples to install the lights. We use our professional shingle tabs or metal clips to install the lights under shingles and around gutter lines. THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY. We also custom cut the wiring to fit your house so you will not have any extra wiring hanging around.
What is the cost of the lights?
Packages truly vary on what you would like and what you and our designer come up with. Our very basic designs start as low as $300.
What if my lights stop working or I have a bulb go out?
Just give us a call or text and we will come out to fix it ASAP, even if it’s just one bulb!
Where do you store the lights?
We remove and store the lights in our climate protected storage area. Yours will be stored so that we can use them at your home next year (at a significant discount for you)!
